FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I entered my username and password but the system says ‘Wrong usernameor ‘Wrong password’?

Ok, here are 3 things to look for or do:

1- If you copy and paste the username/password, make sure you don’t select an empty space as this will be counted as an extra character.

2- If it still doesn’t work, try to type-in manually the username/password.

3- If again it doesn’t work, try to login using a different browser / or clear the cache/history of the browser you are using.

And if it still doesn’t work, please contact me!

Do I need to be an expert to use these actions?

No, using these actions is very simple, after you open the Actions panel in Photoshop, you select the action wanted and press play. Each action will provide you with the ability to make a few small adjustments but that’s nothing complicated.

Do these actions work equally good with all photos?

Many variables will affect the outcome of an action such as the quality of the photo, its dynamic range, colors, exposure, etc. Not all photos will react the same, some photos will be improved greatly by these action and some won’t. Don’t be afraid to test out a bunch of actions on your photos and also test different photos.

Will these actions do most of the work?

That’s for you to decide but in most cases yes. All images on the front page were done nearly entirely using my actions.

Do these actions work with all versions of Photoshop, including Elements?

These actions will work with Photoshop CC and anything newer. If you are using the oldest versions of Photoshop CC, like version 2017, it would be preferable for you to update your version as some actions may not perform at their very best. These actions do not work with Photoshop Elements.

You can get the Photoshop CC free trial here https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/photoshop and then you can subscribe to it for $10/month here https://creative.adobe.com/plans (Photography plan)

Do these actions work with Windows or Apple?

The work with both, Microsoft and Apple. If Photoshop works for you, the actions will too.

I purchased my membership but didn’t received my username/password, help!

The welcome email including the username and password is automatically sent right after the purchase. If you don’t receive it, first look into your SPAM folder as it sometimes ends up there. In some instances, your email service provider blocked it thinking it was SPAM or the email never reached you for some reason. If that’s the case, simply email me and I will send you your login info as soon as possible!

I tried to pay but my credit card/Paypal payment got rejected, the message was something like: “Error: Try another card” !?

This is because Clickbank, the payment processor for this website uses a very aggressive anti-fraud system that will unfortunately deny a lot of perfectly good customers.

Because of this, for those interested, I offer alternate payment methods to those who cannot pay through Clickbank. You can send the payment directly to me using Paypal.com. Contact me for details.

Is it a one-time fee or will there be monthly fees?

You only pay ONCE. No rebills!

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards, Paypal, Visa/Mastercard Debit Cards.

What happen after I join? How does that work?

After the transaction, you will instantly get a username and password giving you access to the Customer Area where you’ll be able to download the Photoshop actions and view the tutorials.

The videos aren’t playing properly, help!

If you are having video problems (black screen, video gets stuck, stutter, the video player doesn’t expand to full screen, etc….) here are a few things to try:

1- Something that will fix almost all problems is to try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer). Based on your settings, sometimes one particular browser won’t work well with the video player.

2- Empty the cache (the Temporary Internet Files) on your web browser to get rid of the damaged/stuck video so a new video copy can be loaded – or use a different browser.

3- If your computer’s memory is maxed out and the video is slow to load, close and re-open your computer for a clean slate.
